Return Policy
Acceptable Returns Conditions
Please note that a Paxwear item is eligible for a refund if returned in an approved, saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. It must have all tags on, be returned in all original packaging, including the packaging bag, and be free from all make-up, hair, stains and smells (including perfume).
It must also not have been washed or altered in any way. This is a strict policy as it is important to us that all members of our community receive their orders in great condition.
If your item does not meet the criteria mentioned above, the return will be rejected and the product sent back to you. Alternatively, the return can be accepted, but PAXWEAR will charge a restocking fee of up to 30% of the product value on the return. Please ensure the returned item adheres to all the conditions listed above.
Please note that all purchases made at pop-up events and sample sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items under any circumstances.
Please allow up to 10 days from when we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
